For this project every student was supposed to choose 5 different Malaysian buildings and make infographic sketches about them. I found this activity very interesting since it let me to get to know lots of information about local architecture and enhance my individual research skills

The buildings I chose:

  • National Mosque, Kuala Lumpur

  • Stadium Negara

  • Sultan Abdul Samad building

  • Our lady of lourdes church klang

  • Holy rosary church

The task had to be sent as a booklet in A4 format

The given recommendations

  • Introduction

  • Fast facts

  • History of the building

  • The Architect

  • Architectural layout of the building

  • Building construction, structure & materials analysis

  • Architectural elements / components analysis

For this project I used the experience I got from the first Group Project​

First: I gathered and structured all the information I would need for the booklet​

Second: I arranged all the texts and drawings in digital form using "Canva"

Third: I drew and painted everything manually using the digital references I prepared
