Collaborative BIM Project
This is a group assignment where students are required to adopt a collaborative practice in designing a building with the aim to accomplish a sustainable design project delivery. Students will get to learn on how to develop a building design in a multidisciplinary setting using efficient methods and procedures of Building Information Modelling (BIM).

The nature of assignment is individual, where this case study exercise will be based on the similar building design created from Assignment 1. Students are required to conduct a design optimization exercise with the use of relevant digital tools. Students are required to analyze and evaluate the current design scheme, to assess its performance and to ultimately propose an energy and comfort efficient design solution.
